We had dash cam installed, no one to show how to use it. The service department guy who checked us out said he would find Isiah to explain. After 29 mins said no one could help us and he would send instruction manual in email and never received it. Spent 57k on car, signed papers so it could get brought in. Had 500+ miles on car. Very frustrated with whole experience. Salesman was great did what he could to remedy the issue but is what it is I guess?

Service was adequate! Other Toyota dealers wash the car & do the windows. The prices are like highway robbery. When you’re on a fixed income you are forced to get proper medical care and other met our necessary needs. Wait time was over 1 and 1/2 hours. That seems a little long especially when you have a scheduled appointment time. Also I had the cabin air filter replaced. Discovered this morning that my tailgate wouldn’t open. After reviewing the manual, I found a switch in the glove box that had been turned off. Please remind your technicians that they need to watch for that when they are replacing a cabin air filter. Thanks for allowing me to share my feedback and hope this is helpful.

I enjoy my 2014 Rav4. The service at you shop has always been good. The only complaint I've had with Toyota has been the high cost of replacing the stock radio system that failed very soon after the "warranty" period expired. That was not the fault of your shop.
