Keshanna was friendly and welcoming right out of the gate. She confirmed the service that was scheduled for today and promptly provided an update to me in the waiting area when it was completed. She walked me to the payment area and said I could call her if I had any future questions. I definitely enjoyed working with her today.

The only person I have experienced poor customer service at the dealership is the older woman. She portrays the attitude on the phone and yesterday I experienced it in person of being annoyed with you. I live in springfield area and was told when I purchased the car that I would be able to have my vehicle picked up for service and returned to me. When I have asked for this when I make an appointment she says that is only for more extensive service. That is not what I was told when I got the car or the first appointment for an oil change. Other than her everyone makes you feel like your business is greatly appreciated. They are very polite and professional
