Have always had a positive experience with the service crew but I wasn’t satisfied with the recent service.Total cost of work was not verbally communicated to me and the work was approx $1,000 more than I was anticipating. Work is broken up into multiple jobs so it was not clear to me that the cost we discussed for brake work was only a part of the total cost. He mentioned we were “up to $1,500 + tax” when we discussed the work over the phone and I understood that to be the total cost for everything.Was never verbally told the total cost was “up to $2550”.
