I came in to have a flat tire replaced, and Nick let me know that I had a fuel pump recall. To my surprise, they were able to replace the fuel pump that morning as well, saving me an extra trip!!! I definitely received outstanding customer service!

No one called me while my car was being serviced I recieved a text the following morning my car was there I called multiple times plus text my inquiry was answered hours later. No progress phone call was given to let me know how my car was only text.

My brakes need to be pushed all the way down to stop.Nick said it felt like other 23 MDX's I have wind noise on driver front door,they said they couldnt hear or that was normal. Months ago i brought my car in with a slow tire leak, they couldnt find anything either,brought it to a tire shop they found a nail and repaired it. I dont expect them to take all day for my vehicle, but i think they need to not pass over so quickly. Thanks Joseph C

Disappointed in the $8.66 shop supplies fee. This was probably the one time I ONLY got an oil change and that seemed excessive. I noticed on my past bills the shop supplies fees ranged from Zero to $12 over the last 2.5 years with no real rhyme or reason of what exactly is used. For a $60K car, I would think the service department can spring for some windshield wiper fluid at no charge during an oil change.

Good evening- after having some very frustrating experiences with Schaller previously when you were short on techs, leading me to service my vehicle elsewhere- I opted to give the dealership another shot. I value loyalty and was very satisfied with my lease & purchase of my RDX through you guys But I have to admit the experience was not the same. Scheduling the appointment via phone was great and timely. Justin the service rep was friendly and they informed me it would be approximately 4 hours to complete the oil change & recall. Needless to say that’s when things fell apart. Poor communication & the work took until the following day! With NO word from you- I had to call & follow up. I missed an appointment because I had no vehicle & no update. & had to coordinate rides to pick me up the next day. Woman in booth checking out had no personality. It was very disappointing and I will likely not be using you for service. My experience with another dealer has been far superior to Schaller. What happened? I always saw you guys as the local dealer who takes care of their customers. Just not the same- Feel free to reach out if you want to discuss live.

I brought in my car for service two days ago. The service involved tire rotation and balance. Yesterday, I noticed my car was shaking while driving on the highway. I called today to have the car assessed and I assume the tires rebalanced, and I was told there was no time available today. I feel strongly that the work should’ve been done correctly, the first time. Nevertheless, I am now needing to lose time from work to have this issue resolved at a later time. As the service two days ago occurred at the end of the service work day, I assume it was rushed and therefore not done at usual standards. This is disappointing as my prior experience with your service department was excellent.

The off-road lights on my vehicle were Disabled by cutting the wires thinking that may have been the problem, it clearly wasn't and in the process they disabled my front right blinkers, all 3 are non functional.In addition my 90° charger cable for my phone to connect to the vehicle is missing also the Jeep tool kit required to remove the top,doors Etc. from the vehicle is also missing.
