Technicians should reset the tire pressure after rotating tires/wheels.
My TLX Type S runs 36psi front and 33psi rear. I noticed the ride difference on my way home. Other than that everything else was great !

When I picked my vehicle up there were lights on my dashboard. Apparently someone left something unplugged underneath the vehicle. An office employee had to go under my car and fix the problem being that it was closing time. This should have been noticed before I picked it up. Recently I’ve noticed a delay in starting when I first get in my car . It wasn’t doing that before the visit. Also I’ve been leaking oil. I was I. Disbelief that it was my car being that that wasn’t an issue prior. I’ve been monitoring my driveway and it’s definitely coming from my car. I’m very upset with the service I received. I thought I could over look the first issue but it’s becoming a progressive problem.

I already spoke to the service manager when I picked up my car. They are aware of my disappointment over the issue with my car being misdiagnosed last time and then charged for another diagnosis and quoted another approximately $1600 after it was “fixed” for almost that amount three months ago. I’ve been a long time customer (13 years) and the way this was handled was absolutely unacceptable.

As always, the service department at Schaller Acura came through for me had a pretty good size loss of oil on my garage floor called.
