The fluids were not topped off and the tire pressure was not adjusted. I had to bring my car back in on Friday to have these things done.

I went there today for an oil change and first of all I wanna say Joe Delacruz was great but whoever worked on my car, didn’t do such a good job so I was under the impression I was gonna get my tires rotated today. They weren’t they were supposed to tap off my ear in my tire because my my tire was low and I wanted them to check it because I didn’t know if there was something in the tire but when they looked at it, they said there was nothing in the tire, but that they will fill it up with air they didn’t and then when they gave me my oil change, they usually change my sticker they didn’t. I still have the same sticker that I had when I brought the car so I’m not sure if I’m supposed to change my oil every 202,000 miles 3000 miles is not. I didn’t get the sticker so I wasn’t too pleased with my service today. Usually the guy who works on my car does a really good job. I’m not sure if it’s the same person. Maybe they were in a rush. I don’t know, but usually the person who deals with my car gives me my oil change on Saturdays when I come, they usually my tires are really good. I got my sticker on there and my tires are rotated. This time I didn’t get that service so I was a little disappointed.

I wrote, in elaborate detail, what I wanted diagnosed on the drop box envelope, exactly as I was supposed to. I get a call Wednesday morning. What exactly are you looking to have us do?” Or the like. I repeated what was on the envelope. No codes. Idle is way off. Bogs down. Shakes. Shifts improperly on recently rebuilt transmission . Poor fuel efficiency..etc. ok. Later I’m asked if I was sure my CEL LED wasn’t dead. I requested, again, it be checked on a detailed scanning device for live data indicating irregularities. Lean, rich..whatever. Then they suggest it may be the refurbished VSA controller/valve. I confirm it is not and IAC was checked for proper function as well (also new). I love this old Acura. We’ve had 20 Hondas. I just wanted to pay $185.99 + tax and get a diagnosis as to why it won’t idle properly. I figured it’s an Acura. Who better than the local Acura dealership to get this final kink worked out before rust remediation starts. I left $197 lighter with absolutely no diagnosis. No notes from the driver who allegedly drove it for 27 miles. I got a car wash. I understand this wasn’t an easy money job. That’s why I continued to leave it there longer when it was asked of me in hopes of a solution from an authorized Acura dealership. Thank you for reading my customer feedback.

I’ve been coming to your service center for nine years Today was the longest I’ve waited for an oil change with an appointment… an hour and 45 minutes. It appeared the car was ready, but was being washed. That took 45 minutes. In the future I will pass on the car wash. My time is valuable too
