He did a great job with coordinating a longer than anticipated stay with Schaller. I got a loaner, and wasn't even late for work! He was very cordial and seemed interested in my experience with Acura. The loaner did have a strong odor of tobacco products, which permiated my clothes, laptop case and lunch bag. I have a long commute, so the smell was a bit overbearing. However, if given the choice of the odor and not having a loaner I would choose the loaner every time. Thanks again for a good experience.
