I have an older Range Rover. It had a leak coming from the top of the transmission . No independent shop wanted to touch it . I took it to the dealership in Arrowhead . They knew just what to do . I feel with specialized vehicles the mechanics at the dealership are better equipped to fix the problems correctly and in a more timely manner .

Our service writer Cody was great always answer questions. Excellent customer service. Only issue that we had was that your labor rates was pretty outrageous compared to other repair shops that work on Range Rover Jaguars BMW, Mercedes, we purchased the highest extended warranty that was offered and I was going to come out of pocket substantial amount of money compared to the other shops that I was only going to have to pay my deductible I wish I could’ve had my vehicle repaired at a land Rover dealership

The service people are very nice however they seem to always be incredibly stressed out. It takes a long time for anyone to get back to me with any answers on both Service experiences. I’ve had one department doesn’t seem to know what the other one is doing. this is not what the sales person told me would happen when I bought the car. The concierge service was supposed to be seamless and easy.

I would recommend the dealership overall. However, I would not recommend Cody. I was called to bring in my vehicle to complete a service that was not done at the last visit per company audit. Cody is not great at communicating, at this visit or previous visits. My windshield was broken while in the dealerships possession and no one can tell me how it happened. I was initially asked by Cody to go through my insurance to repair. I was then told that it would be repaired. I was told that my car was ready for pickup and when I arrived, the window was not repaired. The dealership still has my vehicle. A two hour visit has turned into nearly two weeks of the dealership having my car. I would recommend the dealership because Josh has jumped in for the third time, and taken over to rectify the issues. Josh gets a gold star.
