Drove it home parked in garage overnight. Today when I turned it on it had a message that engine coolant was low and to top it off as soon as possible to prevent engine damage. I was told on my video check up all was good. I also saw on my receipt I was charged for shop consumables. I was in for an alignment. What were the consumables? I have already called and left a message with your after hours since it is Sunday. At this point my car is not drivable.

I called at 7:00am Thursday morning requesting bmw mobile service to replace my dead battery and wasn’t till 10:00am until I finally spoke to someone who could help schedule an appointment. Louis Martinez and the service tech who replaced the battery did an excellent job!! The unpleasant customer experience was the scheduling department which doesn’t give Arrowhead BMW a good first impression.
