I dropped my car off on a Saturday and never received a status update or a response to request for update while the car was at the dealership until it was ready to be picked up on Thursday. Not the biggest deal but if the vehicle isn’t expected back within a day after the appointment, an update should be provided.

Got the check engine light, and several items missed by Arrowhead BMW fixed at Mini of Scottdale. For $1000 less than just thermostat you guys quoted me. And your quote recommended service that even the inspection said was good, and Mini said was not needed. This is the second time your quotes for service were $1000s more than the actual cost of repair at a trustworthy shop. Will not be back, and will not be trusting Arrowhead BMW to touch any of my vehicles.
