The reason for choosing No was that the service department was unable to find the problem for the service call. I had to leave due to a doctors appointment. The staff was friendly and informative. The waiting room area was comfortable. I will need to bring the vehicle back and leave it over night to give the team more time time to rectify the issue.

Devin was cool but I didn't get serviced. I didn't know I needed to reserve a loner. I was never told that, I've never reserved one before and I was not asked when I scheduled my appointment. If a customer needs to reserve a loner, BMW should mention that during scheduling. Devin tried to get me one but none was available. I had to reschedule my service for another time and he made sure to reserve me one.
