My vehicles key fob was lost by the staff. I waited for over an hour for them to find my car and then had to have them wash it. As it was covered in tire grim from them replacing the tires. Not a great way to keep repeat business

My first visit. Some feedback. First, great facility. Loved the work area upstairs. Joe Lazar was great. True gentleman and was very service oriented. Second, surprised that it was four hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
