What should have been no more than 90 minutes to complete the vehicle inspection and Oil Change (no car wash), it was a total 2 hours and 30 minutes. From a Customer Experience, it would rank a 1 out of 10. Please pass this response on to Mr Devin Kass to appropriately address. As a side note, my advisor did all he could unfortunately he keep saying it won’t be long, it won’t be long.

Didn't plan on spending nearly $2,000.00 for my first service experience with this dealership. Had to wait over the weekend for two front tires for an X5.A bread and butter common Bmw.BMW.
Bmw northscottsdale never did that to me.
My car interior was dirty. Did not wipe and clean my inside front windshield nor vacuum my truck compartment.also had to wait for my service rep to get my car.lots of people standing around few were able to get me out of there. I asked a guy sitting looking at a screen by the loaner car desk what the wifi password was...he turned around and looked at the coffee wall area and said I don't know...I just a started here. He did not offer to get up or find an answer for me..
Never has happened to me in PA, MD, Fla, VA or Northscottdale Bmw. I've had at least 20 plus bimmers since 1991. Not sure I will return. You had one opportunity to make a great first impression. You did not exceed my expectations
