Steve was great. My only recommendation is that BMW remove the 3% fee associated with a customer utilizing a credit card. We pay a lot of money for a luxury car and then pay a lot of money to service our vehicles and BMW needs to charge 3%? It’s tacky and shows a lack of customer service. Very disappointing. I am actually considering going back to Lexus just based on service cost alone and now this, definitely pushing me away. Take some pride in your customers and treat them better.
