There should be an expedited service for oil changes. Service was great, but waiting 1.75 hours for an oil change is too long, especially since I had an appointment.

Told only if I did the vehicle inspection would they take off the service required notification. “That’s the only way it comes off!”
Had inspection done. Of course they made $4300 + of suggested repairs. I didn’t authorize any but yet my service required notification is still on! Texted back and was told since I didn’t do the suggested work, nothing they can do. Car barely gets used. All fluids were done a few years ago. They certainly don’t need to be done now.
Feel like I was held hostage.

I am extremely annoyed that Arrowhead BMW charges a fee for using a credit card. Service is quite expensive and customers should not be expected to have thousands of dollars on hand to pay for service. This is an understandable practice with a small business such as a restaurant or artist. It is not acceptable when a large business charges a fee for a normal method of payment.
