Terrible service. Car needed brakes and I had purchased an extended service plan that cover brakes. They would not cover it. Instead they wanted to charge me over $3,000. Paid thousands of dollars for the service plan for nothing. Complete scam!!!!

Colin and the whole service department are wonderful. Always friendly, work is done in a timely manner, i always feel confident coming to Arrowhead. With that being said the car wash that was provided was the worst. When I picked up my car after getting 4 tires and some repair on the rims the car was covered with water spots as thou they just did not bother to dry the car at all. It took me an hour to clean it when I got home. It would be nice if the detail department took as much pride in there work as the service department does.
