I came in for brake pads replacement only. Appointment was at 8am. My rep came in an hour late and my was wasn’t looked at until 9:15. The rep said I need new rotors. I said why, I know that i don’t need new ones. I asked to see them myself. We went to the back and i saw them myself and they were in good condition. Even the technician said they are fine but i need new brake pads. I said who stated that i would need new rotors and he said the master tech. Which he refused to give the name. I chose to not do my service there because my rep seemed untrustworthy and the price was excessive for a brake change. He offered a discount but after not being able to trust the dealership. Techs were direct and straight forward but the rep seemed like he was trying to get one over on me and it seemed best to take my service needs elsewhere after I bought the brake pads kit. Which i hope are the correct type for my car. Still need to verify that.
