Honestly, I cannot express enough, my appreciation for Ali's support and experience. She has flipped my mental concept of the dealership service experience completely. Historically, I would be a detractor, opting to do my own labor or to form a relationship with a respectable mechanic with their own shop. Now, I find myself planning my family's car purchase decisions around the fact that with Ali in the service department, we truly would have the greatest piece of mind throughout the life cycle of any car we would own. This visit was the first example of that. My wife switched from her Ford explorer to a 2019 CPO XC90, and we found ourselves in a bind while in the middle of Kansas on our way home from vacation. Ali gave us the confidence we needed to get scheduled with Arrowhead Volvo, and we couldn't be more thankful. Now I'm checking my calendar to see how soon I can schedule my own car for service within the next 2 weeks, and I'm actually looking forward to it.
