Service was unable to be complete because service person thought he had the part but they didn’t have it so what should have been a 1 hour appointment. Went for 5-6 hours before the person called me and the car had to stay overnight. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issue like this and I will be taking my car to the other dealership in town from now on.

Dropped my car off first thing in the morning with plans of getting a loaner vehicle. Planned my day around that. When I dropped it off I was told no loaner vehicles were available- I should have been told this in advance. Thankfully a Lyft was called for me to take me home. I was told my service would only be 2-3 hours. After 5 hours not hearing from anyone, I called to get an update. Alli told me it would only be another hour. 2 hours later, I tried to call back and did not hear from Alli for another 50 minutes. My car ended up staying over night, which inconvenienced me completely the next day as I had to go to work. I am extremely unhappy with the total lack of communication. Volvo dropped the ball on this one.
