Your company is a complete scam with the worst customer service ive ever seen from upper managment. I would never refer anyone to you all nor will i ever entrust your dealership with my vehicle we just purchased from your dealership. I will be sure to spread the word about your dealership as well.

Randy made sure I had a rental car, I explained the problem. The car needs service reminder would show up. It was reset and once I turned the car on it would show up again. Randy made sure it was fixed and that I was satisfied with the service was done properly. He went above and beyond his job that it was done properly and I was satisfied.

Richard never called me Monday, 24 Nov 2025 to let me know my car was ready and I did not received a text msg until after I called to check to see if my car was ready. After speaking with the service manager I was told my car was ready first thing in the morning and he told Richard to call me, the call was never placed/received.

My service advisor, Randy was great. I own 2 Volvo vehicles (a 2013 XC70 and a 2025.5 XC90). I’ve had both my vehicles into your dealership for service multiple times. Randy was absolutely the best service advisor I’ve had at your dealership ever. He was kind, professional, easy to talk to and easy to understand.
My only frustration was with the loaner vehicle. I’m thankful you offered a loaner, but the car was filthy. There were crushed m&m candies in the center console, cup holders, arm rest, floor and door pockets. The vehicle also had a foul smell and didn’t have as much fuel as I was told it would have. I was going to just ignore it rather than complain but decided if the candies melted, it would make an even bigger mess in the car and I didn’t want to get blamed for it. I went back in and told Randy and he promptly came out and cleaned the areas I pointed out to him. Unfortunately there was more than I had originally noticed. Again, Randy was great but I doubt this filthy car accurately reflects the image you want for your dealership.
