It was convenient to have my vehicle picked up and dropped off. However, communication was poor. I got a dozen reminders my appointment was at 8am in the days leading up to said appointment, but I didn’t hear anything from the dealership until I called at 10am. I understand sometimes things fall behind, but a little more communication would’ve been appreciated. I was also hung up on when I initially called.
My vehicle came back with a minor dent on the hood that wasn’t there when it got picked up. It’s minor enough to not have a fit, but it’s unpleasant to have the vehicle returned with body damage.
