Ali has always been upfront and answers every question. She enriches my experience with the dealership and follows thru on promises, even if it is bad news, it has a positive outcome. Ali truly goes above and beyond for her customers by giving me options and actually figured out what has been causing the consistent problem with my vehicle for the past couple of months. I bought a used Ford C-Max Energi PHEV from the Volvo dealership and when a service indicator showed up on the dash panel, I was just going to take it to a Ford dealer. But Volvo wanted to check it out first since they sold it to me. A very nice gesture and they checked out the car quickly and communicated with me right away.

It was an excellent experience working with Ali on Saturday, and I look forward to returning this coming Wednesday. Everyone I came into contact with on Saturday was so very kind and helpful. Again, Ali was a delight, and I'd be happy to complete the survey.

What impressed us most about the service was the concern of Ali for us to receive a car that worked. She diligently worked to make sure our paid-for modem replacement actually worked. And when we checked in she very carefully listened. It ended up that I had to leave my car (and phone) at Arrowhead as all the internet mentioned problems of modem upgrade turned up with my S60. Ali stepped up and became a “champion”. I called her one late afternoon to leave her a phone number and the gentleman that answered the phone shocked me with his rudeness. When he found out who I was and what car was mine he turned absolutely RUDE and cold. So much so I just might not be back. (If not for Ali…) I brought my Volvo down from Portland Oregon just to have all maintenance done at Arrowhead Volvo. Due to previous service thru Arrowhead I chose Arrowhead Volvo over the 2 dealers in Portland Oregon. After finding out that Arrowhead would make sure a replacement 4g modem would actually WORK when we left we made the decision to even have our obsolete 3g modem replaced! And ALIs’ integrity was/is INCREDIBLE. She got all working except for “Web Browser” “enter address” (website address). She was awaiting a call-back from Volvo support. Thru her perseverance our “Volvo Cars” app actually works plus the “internet apps” also work. So I thank you for having Ali on your staff and that we were lucky enough to get her as our service rep. I truly do not know what this-old-lady (me!) would have done if assigned the rude rep I talked to Wednesday (?) night. I have no doubt that he would not have cared whether or not I could connect to “Volvo Cars” or that any aspect of the new modem actually worked. So thank Ali again for being “of service”. Marci K

Brian absolutely puts the entire industry to shame by treating me as an equal, his attention to detail and product knowledge are well beyond anything else I've experienced in the service world. He’s solid Hang on to him I did not talk to your shop foreman but from the video he sent he is extremely knowledgeable and straightforward. I can rely on his competence and knowledge.
