Almost everything that needed to be done to my car wasn’t or the job that was done was not done right. I do not trust my vehicle being performed on by you or the third party you work with. When I called to explain what happened I was told a manager would call me, he didn’t. I called the next day and left a message for Ali, she didn’t call back. I called again and finally got transferred to a manager. I shouldn’t have to chase you down. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had.
