I don't have nothing against Ali she's great,,,,it's the service mechanic??this is the third time to fix my AC every time it's something else with the AC when in the first time they should have seen all the problems with it instead of changing me for something else on the AC that needs to be fixed,,,,,very disappointing.

I have always been pleased with the Volvo service I have received from Brian Lawrence. And today my car was ready in far quicker time than what I expected. and they were able to use some of the existing mirror parts and get me out of there faster and less expensively than I had hoped . Consequently I was able to spend time on my own health issues by finding supportive shoes during my trip to the big city. So I had a good day though I drove quite a distance to and from home.
