A bit frustrated to start as my less than a year old cars A/C went out and needed a new compressor. I called to let them know as it is my only mode of transportation and was told” I don’t have a vehicle for you today and service will be closed soon today but I will have one tomorrow”. When I arrived I was told that was never said and that the service rep said having a vehicle for me meant calling me an Uber. I was without a vehicle for 2 days and had to take off of work. All and all super frustrating experience and now just waiting for the next thing to go wrong with my new car.

Was told on the phone when I made the appointment it would take an hour. When I arrived 10 minutes early I was told it would take one and one half hours. After waiting almost 2 hours and questioning Antonio I was told they hadn't started on my vehicle yet. One half hour it was ready without a wash and plastic still covering the sear and a card on the inner windshield. I don't like to be lied to, if he would have told me 2-3 hours to begin with on the phone I might have made a different appointment. Its 40 miles round trip for me to take my car there and I would have to question ever bringing the car back in for service. I was impressed with the sales team but very dissatisfied with the service team.
