She always answers my questions and helps me reset the system when the speakers decide to go silent. She is a gem.

I feel that he has lied to me, he does not care about me or my car. I do not trust him. I question everything that he has suggested I get done with my car and I question if it has been done properly. He is lacking communication skills, his communication is not professional, is condescending and not complete. I will not work with him again. The overall customer service has declined neither him or his manager care.

I was supposed to have received a quote on the air filter price. That never happened. Was told by the lady that ran my credit card Ava or something. I can’t remember that they did replace my air filter when I questioned a charge on there when I got home, I pulled the two ruse out and hold up the air filter and it was the same one. I had replaced approximately one year ago. It was never changed. The mechanic was not going to rotate the tires even though that was in the description until I insisted that he did it , the car was never washed which I said was OK because I needed to get home. John Green was very accommodating and professional. All of your team was very pleasant but the end result on a scorecard would still be a C minus. If someone tells me they did something to my car or we’re going to do something , I would expect them to stand by that. I feel there were some miscommunications within your team. Also, my coolant overflow was cracking so I authorize them to replace that. I didn’t realize that I had to pay an additional $85 just for the cap. Why couldn’t they have used the cap on my old coolant tank? That would’ve save me $85. I realize it’s an old Volvo (2011), but I still trusted your team to take care of me and my car. if you want to call and talk to me, my number is ****-****-xxxx. My phone might block the call however, you can leave a voicemail with a number. I could call you back if you choose. Again, John is going to look into my bill and get back with me at some point he said the computers were off or down today. Honestly, I was looking at that S 60 on the showroom floor that’s a 2023 model with a lot of interest, but I’m not so sure now.

Jacob Johnson who ive known for many years is an ideal and excellent service advisor. He is very flexible and very accomodating towards his customers. He will go extra mile just to satisfy the needs of his customers. Consistent and always happy to serve his customer.
