There are 3 Volvo Dealerships in the Valley. I currently live in proximity to all 3.
Arrowhead Volvo is my dealer of choice, Scottsdale #2, Gilbert (only in emergency.)
My comments "NOT" involving Ali and her amazing customer service are that Volvo would be even BETTER if they would merge, as other dealers do, and honor their parts and warranty at all dealerships nationally.
eg: Gilbert Volvo required I return 5 times as their center caps were cracked, once turning the lights off as I lived in central Phoenix and trusted them enough to drive all the way out to buy parts from them.
Not only did they not wish to exchange the caps, inspect the cracks of those expensive little caps, on my last visit they turned off the service lights 5 minutes after close as I attempted to bring them the defective center cap!
Hence, they are on my as needed only list.
Your dealership is beautiful.
No pressure, and very professional.
That's been my experience with all technicians and sales associates and reason I would drive the distance to Arrowhead, even if I DID live in Gilbert!

Appreciated that someone could bring me to my work while my car was being serviced. I forgot his name, but he was kind and polite. Very good experience for my first trip to the service station.
The only downside I would say is that, if I did have to stay, the waiting area would not have been as appealing as Infinity ‘s service waiting area. However, if they always have a loaner vehicle or a ride to work, I won’t mind.
