I sure appreciated Jim's help when I brought my Accord in for service. I was upset about the mystery that's become the Official Honda Maintenance Schedule. That's one thing as a dealership I think you might want to get involved in. Since there aren't service schedules provided in the Honda handbooks, and at last check, nothing on the internet to check, and the Honda Customer Support told they'd wouldn't be doing anything like that, and that we needed to trust the maintenance reminders from the car. This is not a good process, and car owners should be able to do this for themselves if they want.

Even though the repairs and parts were much higher than I anticipated when I brought the Odyssey van in for it's maintenance service, Jim Woltman was courteous and explained in detail what the situation was good not to be. I asked for sliding door repair which turned out to be more expensive than we thought. The fact that my brakes were worn down to the degree above metal on metal and the hose that was leaking that connected to power steering which could cause a flammable complication were obvious repairs and replacements that needed to take place. I just was surprised but I guess with a 2005 van, this was bound to come up sometime. I can say that Jim was terrific and I was thankful for his guidance.
