Ms. Jimenez is always friendly and takes good care of me every time I take my car for service. What I like the most, she makes my visit personal, I am not just another client coming in.

Not completely satisfied and I have to say it's the first time that it has happened. It's not abels fault but I was told 2 1/2 hr when I dropped it off at 8:40 am. I called at 2:30 left 1 message, called back a bit later left another message then the lady who answers the phone connected my with the service managers number... again left a message still no call back. So I called yet another time and the gentlemen who answered paged Abel to the phone. Finally my car was ready around 4:00 pm. So frustrating because I had many errands to run on my day off of work and it didn't happen. So not 100 % pleased. But my car runs nice!
