Jim was outstanding in every way. I'm in the market for a car, looking for a brand with a local repair shop, and wasn't really considering Honda this go around. BUT, because of Jim and the service team, and experience I just had, Honda is back on the list!

Advertise as having a shuttle for customers but then it only runs at 3 times in the morning and then ONLY pick up in the afternoon. Poor and misleading advertising! Unfortunate. Will not be coming back.
