my family has been in SB for 4 generations and all own Hondas. We would like to keep bringing our vehicles to your dealershp however I have been misdiagnosed the last two visits by dealing with abel! The first was expensive struts and the second time was a starter! I hadto take my element to lompoc honda where they gave me a full test print out of my starter and it passed all tests! I also took my element to ians tyres where they tested my struts and they were fine! Also the quotes for labor written up by abel are outrageous, im sure he is making you lots of money but im now thinking of taking my business elswhere.

If you really want my complete satisfaction don't make me wait until 2pm to get a ride back so I can pick up my car. Nissan will pick you up whenever you call. Also your employee in the phone sound a bit bitter when talking to her and setting up the appointment to service the car. It wouldn't hurt if they smile a bit to the customer either.
