My concern is the maintenance not performed that was checked off as performed. Referring specifically to the cabin air filter checked off as being satisfactory but was instead dirty and needed to be replaced. Missing that makes me question other things that may have been skipped but checked off as satisfactory in the report. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is very difficult, they are good as gold, and this Honda Dealer oil change experience did not help.
