I look forward to talking to the service manager. I took the car in because the brake light on the dash kept coming on. It seemed there was a short as it would go off for a while if I wiggles the hand brake.
I had quite a lot of work down on the car and two things are upsetting one the hand brake light in the dash has come back on and off and a part ordered by Honda on my previous visit and that I paid for then but had not been installed....
I was told I should be glad because they ordered the incorrect part a right instead of left part and she would now reimburse me.
I am of course confused as to 1 why the part was never installed
2 Why I should be glad they ordered the wrong part
3
Why if they ordered this necessary part it is no longer necessary
As I said I look forward to talking to Alex upon my return as the last three experiences at Honda have been very upsetting.
