I really appreciated that he allowed me to bring the car right in. He offered to send a tow truck to pick it up but I had someone who could jumpstart it for me. The car went in around 4:30 and I got a text before 9 am saying that the car was ready. I was amazed. The car is now back to its normal wonderful performance. It is always traumatic when a car isn’t working. He took care of it before I had a chance to be inconvienced. Great service!!!

It is not service clerk fault. It is simple principle that Honda didn’t not provide 100% customer service as promise even though today I got letter honerfor 6 months ago as mini detail.
