Melanie was great! I really hope this doesn't affect her in any way. The only issue I had was my car was covered in bird poo and had one very large drop of tree sap on the hood when it was returned to me. I know the car wash was out of service today, but I honestly don't think it would have gotten off all the droppings, especially the sap. I also know space is limited in the back lot with lots of trees overhead. Maybe invest in some roof over the cars? I'm sure this isn't the first time this has happened. Honestly, not that big of a deal though. The oil change/tire rotation was great as well, no issue with that. Also very quick turnaround. Overall, would still recommend

Bonnie explains everything that is done and why it's done. I know if I forget, I can always call her, because she is approachable. I would much rather have a woman who won't make you feel like an idot. Another quality I"m looking for in a service provider is to save me money. I don't know if Bonnie is doing that, but I hope she is and that would make me very happy. But I think the service providers are there primarily to make the Honda dealer money. Showing us a cheaper way to take care of our cars would really increase our satisfaction with the service.

We asked to look at a couple of items on the car. The light doesn’t work and neither does the heated seat. When the appointment was made we were not told we would be charged $135 for labor charges. Had we known we would not have had this check done. We came in for an oil change expecting $55 and left paying $190. We won’t be coming back to Santa Barbara Honda.
