I asked for 4 tires and got 2. I was told it would take 4 hours and it took 8. I left a CC number on file and somehow it disappeared. Now my car sounds horrible as my nanny drove away! I would not recommend or take my car back. Melanie was not the problem. Not sure where the communication broke down, but very unprofessional to say the least.

I thought Bonnie was great. That was my best customer service experience at SB Honda. She is extremely friendly, personable, warm, and professional. She did a good job of communicating with me throughout the process, which I really appreciate. It's always tough to deal with car repairs and $$ but she made my overall experience very positive! :)

I went yesterday for a tire check and specifically told them to check my left rear tire because it keeps having a low tire pressure. Last 1/21/19 it was 21psi, then I went back Saturday that week because tpms alert showed again and psi that day was 24 from 35psi last monday (1/21). So obviously there must be something wrong with it. So yesterday I went, the advisor told me there’s got 2 nails in my tire, I was assuming that was the left tire so I said okay to change it to a new tire. The same day afternoon I traveled to LA, when I was still at oxnard I got a notification again of tire pressure low. This morning I found out I got a flat tire on the rear left. I called them and just realized that they change my right tire. They did not pay attention to the actual problem. I disagree to what the advisor told me that they did check but did not found anything on the left rear. Instead of taking the customer’s problem into a consideration they disregard that. Obviously there’s something wrong however you can’t determine what is it then that just means you’re not reliable and competent enough to provide a good service. They never reassured me that day that my left tire was all good. And I doubt there’s nails on my right tire because the tire pressure on that tire never went low below 35psi. If they say there’s 2 nails one on the tread and one on the side then that should be a problem long time ago. I feel I was ripped off and manipulated. Today I have to go to another tire store and got my left tire replaced.

My sons’ Pilot was towed in...I left message for Bonnie .....she was on it. Promptly returned my call & kept me informed throughout the day...she was wonderful on the phone...very informative...great follow through.in short she is a credit to your service dept!
