I did drop my car at 7:00 am and by 7:35 I was informed that my car was already received and people working on the service, Bonnie Jimenez did a very good job keeping me updating on the status and by 9:30 my car was clean and ready to go, Bonny was very profesional an she show me all the details on the service, tho is my first brand new Honda and obviously the first service...I will definitely come back for the next one and I hope that Bonnie will be there to guide me...

Melanie was great. I'm happy with the way she communicated with me. And I'm sure my complaint is no one's fault, but it's frustrating that they kept my car all day only to install the wrong part, then had to reinstall the original broken part because they didn't have the right part in stock. So now I have to bring the car back next week to try again when the right part comes in. So it stung a bit when I had to pay several hundred dollars to drive home in a car that was just as broken as when I dropped it off.

Jim was very kind and professional trying vto get my car ready .
It is very dissapointed that the waiting room was freezing cold, was very very uncorfortable to wait there under those conditions.
Would be nice to get the room warmer for clients that had to wait more than an hour there.
The small heater was not enough .
