I was very satisfied with the service representative. But I was notified by email that my GPS needed the one year update and that could be done at the Honda dealership. I took it in but when I picked it up they said it didn’t need updating but they also didn’t have the correct tools to update it.
I’m hoping when I return for my oil change Service they will have figured that out!

Very disappointed. I just had the car cleaned prior to dropping it off for this service. The techs left dirt and kick/foot marks all over the door sills and the door itself , scratched the glass and panel in front of the display and threw all my belongings from the glove department back in a mess and on the floor, and just quite frankly, the techs showed no sign of respect for my car. As soon as my parts come in, I’m nervous because they didn’t even fix what I brought it in for. It still rattling and I do not want any more careless damage
