Bonnie is always professional and goes above and beyond. So this is no reflection on her. I purchased tires and wipers and only one wiper was in stock so I need to go back. Not really convenient. It’s a wiper. How can you be out? Also, who ever worked on my car left huge scuff marks on the driver side threshold. Additionally, this is the second time I was offered a wash after service and it wasn’t done when I was told to come and pick up my car. Disappointing. But Bonnie rocks. Your prices seem to be climbing. However, you have serviced this car since I bought it and I’ve had no issues. Thank you!

Bonnie is a very good service adviser. Also, she got an old problem with my brakes fixed this time with help from the good mechanic. This problem was not properly fixed over ye last 2-3 years. Bonnie also did not charge me for the brake system flush based on my prior service record.
The service cost was very reasonable.
The shuttle service was also very good and appreciated.
