The service was great. The service advisor made the maintenance process as easy as possible and gave me the recommendations needed for my car. Apart from that, the maintenance was fast.

My experience with Jim was fine. He was professional and provided me the service I expected. However, I was disappointed that the part I wanted to have my car worked on was out of stock. I’m a bit surprised that a serpentine belt was not available for my car. Jim did explain to call ahead when doing that type of maintenance in the future, so that the part would be in stock. It’s just that I expect a common part to be in stock...

I brought Fit at 7:45am with an apptment for routine oil change, tire rotation, etc. Was told car would be ready about 9:30am. It actually was available at 10:40am because technician apparently did not complete all the work and then had to. I was given discount on work to acknowledge the problem.

Bonnie is the best m, and a true asset to Santa Barbara Honda, I stopped going to SB Honda for service because there were certain people I didn’t like to deal with, but Bonnie really made my experience great today.
