Jim was FANTASTIC! He went above and beyond for us and we were extremely impressed. We had been going to a different provider for 1 1/2 years, but now I can’t imagine going anywhere else, because of Jim!

Jim was a rude person who chastised my wife and I from the very beginning of our visit over incorrectly entering the left service bay. I was extremely happy with the service. I did not have an appointment due to my car not starting and having to jump start. Carlos said to come in and they would check out issue. The issue was the battery which was still under warranty so was free of charge.

Great customer service all around! From the moment I called, Bonnie was there from start to finish. I dropped my car off at the service department with a few issues going on with my AC and volume control. She assured me that her and team would fix the problem. While they were inspecting my car I sat in the waiting room and had a great conversation with the 3 ladies behind the cashiers counter. They were awesome and all greeted me when I came back the next day. The follow up from Bonnie was great, she updated me on the car through it’s stay. Everything was fixed and coming from San Diego and dealing with the service down there I’d say this was by far the best service of them all. Well done!
