They never call me to let me know that I need some filter for the car. They let me when I picked up the car. I don’t know if they forgot to call me because they usually this doesn’t happened, if it something also that is need it for the car they usually call me. This time they never call me. Now I have to make another appointment to replace those filters. I hope you get to read this message and do something about.

Brought a flat tire in and it wasn’t fixed properly then had another flat the next day on the same tire that was supposed to be fixed. Then the person on the phone was rude and not accommodating. Lacking in the customer service field for your line personnel. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and will not do business with you guys again due to the attitude the staff gave me over the phone and in person over this issue. Then to top it off he tried to have us pay taxes on your guys mistake. Figure it out.
