I sent the following message and received no response. Hello Jim, thank you for the service. Just one thing, when I got home I realized you didn't discount the $10 on the estimate amount. I paid $66.27, with all the confusion going on I though it was the $54.99 plus tax, but that didn't sound right. When I checked I noticed that I had been charged for the full $64.99 plus tax. Thanks

We purchased a car on 2/2/20 & made an appt to have cargo cover installed which was in stock as you (Mike) has confirmed. On 2/8/20 we arrived to our AM appt to find the cargo cover had been given away. We made a round trip of more than100 miles for nothing & had to schedule another appt. Therefore we were not happy with the service. Please respond.

Service was fine but I have 2 issues. 1--during a previous service, the plastic engine cover was cracked. I cannot prove it, but honda is the only ones under the hood. That's a trust issue, only honda does service on my car and I don't usually pop the hood, but my battery died so I had to jump start and was surprised to see a crack that would not occur from wear. I recently had a major service done and expect that's when it happened. Also, making me wait 3 times to get my car back is super lame, once for the service manager, then to pay, and then I still had to wait 20 minutes to get my car...and I came well after the call that said my car was ready. Carlos had gone for the day and another service manager helped me. I don't remember his name, but he called for my car when he checked me out and then 2 or 3 additional times when he could see my frustration. This is a management/organization problem. It should not take an hour to get your car back. I love my pilot and how reliable it has been, but I am losing trust in my local service station for the reasons stated. The service managers were great, except that carlos blew over the crack in the engine cover issue, which I believe was caused by honda service during a previous service.. I don't blame him because I know people lie. Seriously, honda has been the only ones under the hood since I bought it in 2006. Except when the battery has died. And my last battery lasted 8 years. Does anyone actually read these responses???
