Mike was great! Even though my car was a Hyundai one, he was able to get my oil change done cheaply and quickly. He gave a thorough run-down of my car’s current repair status and notified me my tires needed replacement. Will definitely visit again.

Bonnie was great. This was a warranty service and everything was done in time so I could get my kids from school. Great service. I did mention that the driver’s side door sometimes took several attempts to get it to close. Bonnie was hoping the recall in the latch replacement would fix the issue. Not the case and still an issue. Forgot to test on pickup.

Did not schedule a pick up even though I requested it twice throughout the day. Extremely unhappy. Reached out and spoke to Scott. He provided discount due to the lack of communication on Jim's behalf and to compensate need to Uber to Honda since Pick up was never set up. Scott made it right. If I come back, would request Scott.

I would rate Bonnie’s service excellent, but our car didn’t get washed. As Bonnie explained, you only have one porter to move and wash cars, so ours didn’t get washed. We wish we were asked if we could wait a little longer to get it washed. We would have happily waited. We understand that the wash is a courtesy, and we appreciate that. But our car was parked next to a Honda Pilot that was sparkling clean, having just been washed. We wondered why that one was washed, but ours wasn’t. We had put off washing our car because we knew your Honda service department does a courtesy wash. Here in Carpinteria, the only available car wash is done by hand, and costs $19.00! With our physical disabilities and age, we are not able to wash the car ourselves. So, Bonnie was great, but we were disappointed.

Mike did a great job and he worked with me even though I was busy and my day was a bit hectic. He was very kind and thoroughly explained everything they did to my vehicle while it was in the shop. He even sat me down and let me know other work that needed to be done to my car without pushing me to do it like other mechanics have done to me. I’m definitely coming back for that brake job and my trunk lol (sorry it took me a bit to do the survey mike!) see you guys soon and thank you again for making my trip to the mechanic as little headache as possible! :)

Service took way too long. Cars were dropped off on Friday evening. We had a scheduled appoinment. I called at noon, to see what the status was. They couldn't tell us for sure when cars would be ready. I had 2 Hondas in for service. They finally called about 30 minutes later with a diagnostic report on just one car. Then about another 30 minutes went by, and they called with diagnostic on 2nd car. Took them all freaking day. Not happy at all with service this time
