Our service manager Carlos provided excellent service. He was able to fit in new tires, an oil change and 7 recalls all in a day. So thankful for how he navigated it all! A big thanks to Carlos and Honda SB!

Santa Bárbara Honda has yet to identify the issue which I have brought the car over at least 2 times. I keep hearing the same sound. And drivers side window also keeps stopping at about 3/4s and rolls back down. I was told the window was “relearned”; I was asked to film a video of the sounds I hear when my car is running which I did and the technician essentially dismissed it by “not really hearing the sound”. As far as the window is concerned, I really think the window regulator needs to be replaced. Please contact me again Honda ????And kudos to Bonnie for her exceptional customer service with me. She’s always kind and understanding. She’s a great employee.

I made an appointment last week when I called to check on the time today
Honda had no record of my appointment.
That has never happened with any dealership.
So if you ask me if I am completely satisfied, no
even though once I was at the dealership I was satisfied with the service although
I was told 3:00 and it ended up being 4:30.
So it is not just a yes or no answer and you should ask a different question.
