Carlos did an excellent job in helping me with my service today. However, other employees at the location were wearing facial coverings/masks incorrectly (I.e. over just their mouth) or not at all. It would be nice if the company could issue a reminder to this location about the importance of masks in preventing the spread of COVID-19 in our community, both from customer to employees as well as within the employee team.
