While Jim was very friendly, there were a couple of frustrating things about my experience:
1. Despite making an appointment and arriving early, I was told it would take nearly 2.5 hours for an oil change. I’m not sure why a simple service should take so long (and it was the service I indicated when I made my appointment)
2. When my vehicle and paperwork were ready, more than 2.5 hours after my arrival, the charge on the paperwork was incorrect. The cashier gave it to a different advisor to correct (because she apparently didn’t have access to edit the charges), but he added additional incorrect charges, leading to the cashier calling Jim back, who then had to run around figuring out to get the charges corrected. This resulted in my waiting an extra 10-15 minutes AFTER my car was ready (and after waiting for the people ahead of me in line) to pay for the service.
Again, Jim was very polite and pleasant, but I was disappointed by the extreme wait for a simple oil change (I’ve not waited longer than 1 to 1.5 hours, including at Honda in Santa Maria), and the failure to have my paperwork organized after all that time. My appointment was at 12.40; I arrived by 12.35, but I didn’t leave until after 3.30.

Actual car service and service representative were great. I was a bit disappointed to find an open water bottle in my cup holder after the car was done; especially during the COVID- 19 pandemic. It looks like precautions are being taken at customer facing points, but obviously not in the back once the car is out of sight. Might be good to enforce public safety precautions more uniformly for the safety of your staff, but more importantly your customers who entrust you with access to our cars.
