Mark explained the timeline clearly for my modem upgrade and oil change. He kept me up to date on the estimated time and cost. He was very customer focused and did a great job. However, I was unable to test my remote upgrade because the website was down. My appointment was on Friday and as of today/Monday, I have not received the activation code so I will be calling the dealership Tuesday. Thank you, Patt Vilt

Mark Molloy in your service Dept was great. Very customer service oriented. Very helpful and responsive. However, it took 4 trips to the dealership to get my problem fixed. I took a day off and spent more than 9 hours in the waiting room. Finally got a loaner - first customer service guy didn’t even mention that was an option. And it took nearly a week to get the problem corrected. I hope it’s done. The one silver lining was the car is still under warranty so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket. But I still feel that the problem should have been found the first or second trip.
