Christian did a great job with the knowledge he had. The frustration would be that there were four employees at the service desk when my wife arrived who proceeded to continue with computer work while a line formed behind her. This lasted about 10 minutes until a manager arrived to ask who needed help. I’m obviously unsure of what work was being done on the computers and how important it was, but the optics of having multiple customers wait with no acknowledgment is not great. I know this is a service industry but I’d hope for better engagement in the future.

I cannot thank Joey from service enough for his OUTSTANDING costumer service. We had a lot going on in our personal life and when my car broke down on my way out of town, it was the straw that broke the camels back. Joey got my car in right away and helped fix the problem. He also went above and beyond to get a shuttle to get me and my mom to the hospital to visit my sick dad. Joey - you made a huge difference in two strangers lives today. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My oil change and tire rotate took 3 hours also the young man that helped me appeared to be overwhelmed and he wasnt the person who completed my services. Also it doesnt even appear that my car wasnt washed after service. That is usually the reason i get my oil changed with this service center.

When the rep informed me that the car was ready just on its way to get washed I asked if anything else needed to be done and he said no. When I got in the car and read my report it’s stated that I needed a new cabin filter and it was in red along with one other thing being in yellow. Had I been informed I would have at least gotten the cabin filter replaced. Now I have to use another vacation day to take off of work to come get the issue fixed when they could have been done today. I don’t have vacation time to take just to sit in the Kia dealership. Also I inquired about having an automatic starter installed and Kia is charging almost $1000!!! That is absurd!!!! That’s someone whole check just to have an automatic starter put in! That’s not cool at all!!

I had to write here after coming back to get my car re check again. My first oili changed was 12/11/23
I had to go back to on 12/26/23 when i got the warning on my dashboard that it was LOW OF ENGINE OIL. I found out that the Gasket filter wasn’t seated properly so my oil was leaking that cause me to almost damage my car because it happened during a day before Christmas Eve which is dealership is closed and had to wait after Christmas to get it checked. Please have your technicians or mechanics be more responsible and thoroughly check the car after the maintenance if everything is done properly.
