Noel is always great.
I do however I am very unhappy that I can’t talk to a person to schedule the service appointment. The automated recording is very impersonal and the text link to schedule does not allow me to contact the service department to ask questions about my service. This is very difficult to plan my appointment. Please bring back the personal phone operator and the ability to talk to my service manager.

I asked that the tire pressure. I told him that one tire had a higher PSI that there others. He said he’d have it checked. The tires were rotated, but the tire pressure wasn’t corrected. That’s just one thing, I won’t go into details, but your service department does the bare minimum.
