I believe that my van was used without any authorization other than for test driving based on the odometer readings.
I felt betrayed and my concerns were not immediately addressed.
Very disappointed .

Receiving agents can be a little nicer and receiving in good attitude. Other than that it all went well. Prices are expected a little higher than mechanic shops but obviously it’s a dealership.
